Put traffic lights on the Royate hill, Bristol aquaduct.
The road currently runs on a give way traffic system. The traffic on this road is always busy, which causes major conjestion. I believe if traffic lights were put in place to give both sides equal opportunity to cross. This would significantly reduce congestion.
