Every new build house and apartment block must include solar panels as standard.
Frankly,it seems daft not to.The capital cost can be absorbed into a mortgage when buying through the private sector and will save council tenants money on service bills when renting.There will be savings on benefit payments,not to mention easing the pressure on the energy supply network.
