Include Road Tax and Vehicle Insurance in fuel prices
End separate payments for road tax and basic vehicle insurance and include in road fuel price WITHIN existing fuel pricing. There would be NO untaxed or uninsured vehicles. But the road tax and basic insurance cost would be paid for by the existing road fuel taxation. NO increase in fuel taxation and taxes to be used for purposes of road travel. Insurance companies to supply insurance ONLY above basic level. Insurance companies to deal with claims under combined government and company-provided insurance.
