A 2nd vote on Brexit should be given to the UK people.
There have been fundamental changes in "the facts" as presented to the people and the attitudes that many people have towards the EU since the vote. My computer asks "are you sure" before making simple changes I think it is reasonable to ask the people "are you sure" before we carry on with this.
