Lower nursery fees
I've wanted to put my son into nursery since he was 2 so that I would be able to get back to work easily but I have not been able to do so because of the cost of child care, on average I would need 3 days a week being and agency worker means my days are different so again a nightmare with nursery's.
on average in Suffolk it cost £45 a day to put a child in to a nursery, were you to do that for a whole week it would cost 225 a week, this is far to much, and would take a chunk out of the families money pot! id like to see child care lowered to a reasonable amount for working parents, ive seen some parents say they pay as much as 312 a week more needs to be done to support working parents

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The Government aren't responsible for the prices charged by private childcare providers.
You could start a new petition calling for action from the Government - for example, increased help from the Government for childcare costs.
