TO ALL RENTERS - Enforcement of BTL Mortgage disclosure before renting

Additional Information

Make it law that BTL (Buy to let) owners have to prove that they have the banks permission to rent the property out via agents or privately.

Do you still get the landlords mail in the post? Well that means that they could be commiting fraud. Do check. You could lose your rented home otherwise.
