Bring Mental Health into the School Curriculum and Education system
Encourage and help individuals develop a sense of understanding of when to recognise mental illness. Encourage our youth to speak up on unhealthy thoughts so the help can be given to an individual before it gets worse.
To help tackle the growing problem of Mental Illness in our Societies. The lack of communication. To face the lack of Support, Trust and Security individuals feel on speaking out about feeling depressed, anxious, suicidal, or many other common related mental illness. Help individuals recognise common disorders and how to handle these with knowledge. To be given more understanding on how talking therapies and being open about these subjects would enhance personal well-being in our youth.
