Include cats in the list of animals you have to report if in a car accident
The current Road Traffic Act 1988, states that's only the following animals are to be reported if involved in an accident; horse, cattle, ass, mule, sheep, pig, goat or dog.
Like these animals, the majority of cats also have owners who would deserve to know if their pet was involved in an accident
Change the Road Traffic Act 1988 Part VII Section 170, 1Bii to include cats.
