Reconsider the Resident Labour Market Test
The Resident Labour Market Test does not appear to reward merit and distinction, but instead appears to facilitate employment based on race. However, equality in employment discourages selection of successful job applicants based on race/gender/sexual orientation/religion/age/etc... Perhaps now is the time to reconsider the Resident Labour Market Test in order to engender equality, and promote merit and distinction.
