Only tax people who voted to leave the EU if any tax rises happen.
As the results of the recent EU referendum will create an entirely unnecessary financial hardship on the country. It seems fair and democratic that we commit to placing any new financial hardship on to those who voted for this burden, not those who voted against it.
Now that it is becoming clear that even the best case scenario of a soft Brexit would leave the country £30 billion a year worse of and people including Theresa May seemingly pushing for the worst case scenario of the £66 billion a year worse of 'Hard Brexit' can the government write into law that any extra tax rises and fiscal hardship the country inevitably has to face is shouldered by the people who have 'chosen' to take this county down this road.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Voting in the UK is anonymous. It is therefore not clear how the Government could determine who was required to pay tax in this way.
