legislation of hemp/marijuana/cannabis and then placing a tax on it
taxing and legalising hemp/weed/cannabis would
1 would ease the current tax crisis
2 we could use the hemp to mass produce hemp paper 3 it would increase tourism such as it has done for Amsterdam
4 producing paper from hemp would be better for the eviorment instead using trees all time
1 acre of hemp equals 4.1 acres of trees
