Change the funding for preschool so that all children start at age 3.
It is unfair that children who are born at the "wrong time" miss out on schooling. Children who are born after term start dates have to wait till the next term to start school, meaning that a child who was born just before the term will benefit from funding while a child born after misses out.
It should be that all children should get funding when they turn 3, regardless of term dates.
