Boris Johnson should be removed from his post
This is not how the UK carries out diplomacy. a foriegn minister of the UK should not invoke demonstrations against another countries embassy in the UK.
It is not acceptable for a representative of her Majesty's government to foster demonstrations against a Foreign government.
