Legalise the death penalty
The undersigned believe capital punishment should be authorised for the serious of crimes committed by the vilest of individuals. These crimes include mass murderers, serial killers and serial rapists.
Especially as we are leaving the EU, we are now no longer legally bound to ban the death penalty
