Decriminalise Cannabis due to the new MHRA report that it has medicinal benefits

Petition Details

Cannabis is currently listed as a Class B drug in the UK meaning possession could lead to a 5 year prison sentence.

I among many believe that Cannabis now needs to be decriminalised due to the new MHRA report that proves Cannabis has a medicinal benefit to health.

Additional Information

“We have come to the opinion that products containing cannabidiol (CBD) are a medicine,” said the MHRA, in a statement"
