Abolish parking charges at all hospitals in England (As it is in Wales)
Parking charges at hospitals should be free, In Wales they were abolished at most hospitals in 2011 I understand charging if the parking can be used for other purposes i.e. shopping but if the hospital is so far from any other area then parking should be free,
