Reduce TV License Fee for full time students living away from home.

Petition Details

Recent introduction of full TV license for students living away from home, even for iPlayer is nonsensical as it will be ignored, not paid and cannot be policed. A more pragmatic approach would be to have a nominal fee (eg £10) where students can provide parental details of cover at home address.
