Halt the Department of Education's Autumn Census & destroy all data collected.
The Department of Education's Autumn Census expects parents to disclose their children Country of Birth and state 'National Identity' from a list of Welsh, English, Scottish, Irish, British, Other, or Refuse. Parents should not be asked to determine and disclose the national identity of children.
