Establish Hallowe'en (31st October) as an annual national statutory holiday.

Petition Details

Hallowe'en has grown in popularity in the UK as a non-religious, community event. This celebration encourages creativity as children make costumes & characters. Trick-or-treating encourages people to get out into their neighbourhoods and enjoy a home-made, creative festival together.

Additional Information

There are no other autumn holidays in the UK and would occur at a midpoint between the August Bank Holiday and Christmas.
