Save services for poorer people who live in more affluent areas

Additional Information

I acknowledge that even in the most affluent areas of the UK there are some people who are less well off and rely on the NHS. I also realise the importance of having people with a wide range of incomes living together, so as to avoid islands of privilege and poverty. I would urge the government not to cut these people off from services so they are stuck with private healthcare they cannot afford.
