Mandatory Sentancing for those who assault and abuse Emergency Services Staff.
Increasingly Police, Ambulance Staff, nurses and volunteers are being assaulted in the line of duty.
The perpetrators are not being punished.
Mandatory prison sentencing needs to be implemented. A strong deterrant is needed.
