Bring in a law to stop clowns stalking and threatening People with weapons ASAP
Just lately across the country clowns have been terrorising kids and adults alike by scaring them with axes / hammers and other weapons I'm asking the government to bring in a law to jail these people who dress up and terrorise people before someone gets hurt or worse killed
