A standardised requirement for motor vehicle headlamps in lumen and colour.

Petition Details

Many are finding it increasingly difficult to drive at night due to the variations in lighting strength and colour. Often it is very difficult to differentiate a dipped headlight from the full beams. These are wreaking havoc with people's vision potentially causing accidents as they are dazzled.
