Invest more money into front line policing increase number of response officers
More and more officers are being assaulted each year. With the lack of numbers it will soon become a huge safety issue.
On top of that, too often we hear the story that response officers to not have the time, resources or funding to deal with/investigate an offence.
2015 saw a police officer assaulted every 22 minutes in England & Wales. This is a growing number and we need to invest to protect not only the public from these damaging cuts but the officers themselves.
