If cycle lanes are available, it should be a legal requirement to use them.
Many accidents happen on the road between cyclists and vehicles.
In order to lesson the amount of accidents involving cyclists, I believe it should be a legal requirement for cyclists to use a cycle path if there is one available. If not, lanes need to be installed or drivers need to be educated.
