Disqualify from driving anyone caught using a mobile whilst driving

Petition Details

Due to the dangers in using phones whilst driving and the continued use of phones for both voice and text, despite the penalties available; the new penalties due to be released in 2017 should disqualify any driver caught. In the absence of police, those caught on camera should be penalised
