Increase maternity leave to 3 years from the start of the maternity leave.
As a full time working woman I feel pressure from the society and from the financial site to return back to work full time to maintain a healthy lifestyle and standards. Spending only 9 months off from work is extremely short period and longer time to bond with baby is needed.
