Disability/disabilities to have enshrined in law two parts of citizen status.
The change being that local and national government would be obliged to offer positive support based on Best Practice.
References will hopefully follow. I am a Registered Nurse for Learning Disabilities and have the Lady Heald Award (Nursing)
