Scrap SORN

Additional Information

Owners of motor vehicles are forced to file a Statutory Off Road Notification (SORN) every year if they do not wish to take them on the road. If one does not wish to use the road network they should not have to continuously notify the government. Either scrap SORN altogether or replace it with a one-time off road notification.
