Lower the age for NHS Breast Cancer screening from 50 to 40.
Let's get together in the fight against Cancer and petition the UK Government to lower the NHS screening age for Breast Cancer from 50 to 40. So many more women much younger then 50 are being diagnosed with Breast Cancer. The UK Government needs to be made to lower the screening age from 50 to 40.
100,000 signatures are required for Parliament to consider a debate on this. Please sign, share on your FB wall, encouraging as many friends as you can to also sign and SHARE. Email it to anyone you know who doesn't have Facebook. Tell everyone you know to look for the petition and sign it. Tell your local radio and TV stations about the petition. We need as much coverage as we can get to achieve the needed 100,000 signatures.
Only together can we make a difference.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
You are more likely to get action on this issue if you sign and share a single petition.
