A statue to remember the clarkston disaster and those that lost their lives

Petition Details

Let's honour the local people in clarkston that sadly lost their loved ones and honour those lost 22 souls that sadly passed away all those years ago
A large statue is needed within the community out of respect
So many people in our community and young ones are not even aware of this disaster

Additional Information

Our community is in desperate need of a large statue right in the heart of clarkston or on the clarkston toll roundabout itself
So many people today and especially the new young generation are not even aware of the disaster that tragically killed 22 innocent people
on that sad day.
There is a tiny little plaque outside one of the charity shops that most people would walk by and not even notice it
Let's show respect for those lost ones and get the council to take notice
