People to live in a constituancy for a minimum of 10 years before they can stand for election as a member of parliment

Additional Information

In order to be truly elected and accountable to the constiuants as a serving MP, this petition calls for a change in the Law which requires anyone who wishes to stand for elecvtion as an MP to have been a resident in the relevant constituancy for a minimum of 10 years leading up to the relevant election.
