Stop filibustering in Parliament; so that MPs cannot block the will of the House
Too often an individual MP has filibustered to prevent MPs reaching a decision on a Private Members Bills. The practice allows an individual to impede due democratic process, and disprespects the role of Parliament in a modern democracy.
