Wages should be equal. Regardless of age or gender.
Younger people get paid less for doing the same job as orders? Seems fair? Most definately not. Females also get paid less on average than male... We want equality.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
There are already laws against discriminating against people because of their age and gender. Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
It's clear that you're concerned about the gender pay gap, but not clear what action you would like to see. The Government recently announced new measures to address the gender pay gap:
