End the BBC License Fee
The BBC should stand on its own feet as a business.
It should not rely on a blanket license fee or TV owners, regardless of those TV owners watch any BBC channels.
The BBC should operate on a commercial basis and thus be more competitive, similarly to ITV or Channel 4.
