Allow same-sex couples to use adultery as a grounds for divorce
Under UK law, a person can only file a divorce on the grounds of adultery, if their partner has slept with somebody of the opposite sex. This means that thousands of homosexuals will be forced to remain married to unfaithful partners, solely because of WHO their spouse has cheated on them with.
