Demand that better aid be provided for countries in need of clean and safe water

Petition Details

This petition is in opposition to the decisions to divert funding from aid made leaders of international development from the UK. Help secure the well being and livelihoods for some the 650 million people (10 times the British population) worldwide who live without something as vital as safe water.

Additional Information

Many NGOs such as WaterAid fear that the approach to foreign aid made by current British Secretary of State for International Development, Priti Patel, will heavily damage the support that the world's poorest people desperately have to receive. It is imperative that this is corrected the current aid work can have long term, meaningful effect.
