Force Trip Advisor to remove business from their website at the owners request.
Trip Advisor as a company will not remove a company listing on their website even at the business owners request unless the company closes. This needs to change. Trip advisor ruins small business every year due to fake reviews. It should be your legal right to request that your company be removed.

The issue you raise is the responsibility of Trip Advisor, not the UK Government or Parliament. You could start a new petition asking Parliament to change the law about listing companies on websites, which could include the issue you raise.
