change the faw ruling on where girls can play football

Additional Information

currently girls playing football in the np postcode area are not allowed to sign for a club out of the gwent area , although all teams are still within the south wales girls league and will still play all the same matches,some girls are being forced to travel further than they would have to if they were allowed to play outside gwent.This is also restricting some girls development as they are limited to who they can play for and therefore missing out on the opportunity to further develop themselves.
