Allow FATHERS to legally be entitled to see their children while paying CSA
1000's of Fathers get denied access to their children after a break up in a relationship. Aslong as there is no serious crimes, If a Father "Legally" has to provide for their child/ren, the Father should be "Legally" allowed to see their child/ren.
After I went through a divorce, during the divorce proceedings my ex partner agreed as part of the divorce that she would not claim any CSA through the court or CSA. But a few years down the line she then decides to claim unpaid CSA and landed me with a £4000 bill even though SHE denied all money I offered. And I have been denied access to my child for the last 6years and 8months.
