Make all bridal ways, cycle tracks

Additional Information

As it is rare to see horses using bridal paths, I think they should all be opened up to cyclists, with the major routes resurfaced to enable safer and easier cycling conditions. This woould create a whole new cycle network throughout the counrty, and allow for greener use of transport.
