1. NOT ALLOWED BY LAW TO REGISTER TO VOTE,UNFAIR VIOLATES MY LEGAL RIGHTS IN PASSPORT 2.RESIDENCY REQUIRMENTS FOR MOST GOVERNMENT SERVICES UNRESONABLE,AND AGAIN VIOLATE MY PASSPORT RIGHTS,3. PASSPORT RIGHTS ARE FULL CITIZENSHIP RIGHTS,NOT SUBJECT TO VISA REQUIRMENTS.
