Additional Information

That no Scottish, Welsh or Northern Irish MP should be allowed to vote on issues that pertain to England only. This would cover all items that are dealt with in the Scottish Parliament, Welsh Assembly and Irish Parliament where an English Member of Parliament is not allowed to register a vote. A financial amount of equal proportions to those supplied to other Assemblies/Parliaments should be made for use on English Issues Only.
