Debate the legality of restrictions on same sex marriage in Northern Ireland.
The DUP just refused, by 'petition of concern', the freedom and right of homosexuals to marriage. This is a right enjoyed in all other parts of Britain and to deny a right, on grounds of religious bigotry, is shameful.
