Make the DWP provide email contact details so deaf people can get in touch too.
Access to work are making it extremely difficult to get back into work and off benefits, leaving people without money during training. I want to make a complaint but on their website they only list telephone numbers. This is useless to a deaf person like myself.
In order to get access to work help for an interpreter during training, ESA must be cancelled. Training is 3 hours a week on minimum wage before the actual job starts, leaving people with no money. More discrimination here because if an interpreter was not required, a person can claim ESA during training as they are not working enough hours per week to come off it.
I want to make an official complaint via email and receive a quick response but the DWP only provide telephone numbers.
