BAN ALL LOAN SHARKS.

Additional Information

Ban all loan sharks.
Loan sharking is illegal (at least that's what we're told) but, there are numerous companies advertising openly on t.v., etc, with ludicrous A.P.R's OF 1000,2000,3000 and sometimes over 5,000%.
