Give Police a power to seize vehicles of those caught driving & using mobiles
Following the jailing today of Tomasz Kroker for 10 years for causing the deaths of Tracey Houghton, her two sons Josh and Ethan and her stepdaughter Aimee Goldsmith, it's time this country toughened the law on using a mobile phone behind the wheel.
Most people don't even think about it. They answer a call, they write or read a text whilst driving, they change music tracks like Tomasz Kroker as he drove a heavy goods vehicle. Tracey Houghton, her two sons Josh and Ethan and her stepdaughter Aimee Goldsmith were on their way back from a holiday when they were killed instantly. You have probably seen the moving video of their relatives describing the aftermath. Sign this petition in their memory & for radical change.
