Instant ban for drivers caught holding a mobile phone whilst driving a vehicle.
The awful news of yet more deaths by a driver using a mobile phone must raise the question; is the penalty for mobile phone use whilst driving tough enough. The answer is clearly "NO".
BAN ANY DRIVER CAUGHT WITH A MOBILE IN THEIR HAND : IT'S WORSE THAN DRINK DRIVING AND IS COSTS LIVES.
