TO BE ALLOWED 2 to 3 inch edgings marking the grave plot ON LOVED ONES GRAVES
Request to allow a small border around the grave to avoid people walking or trampling over them.
Recently seen council employee walking all over them without any respect totaly forbiden in islam regardless of faith.
Allow flowers as they pray to almighty and the deceased get peace.

The rules and regulations around grave stones are the responsibility of the owner of the cemetery, not the UK Government or Parliament. Cemeteries are usually owned by the local council. If this is the case, you could raise your issue with a local councillor, who represents you.
