"Ask the United Kingdom : Should England be an independent country?"
Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales all voted to remain within the EU, England did not. Surely the fairest option would be to allow England to declare it's own independence and leave the remaining countries to constitute the "United Kingdom" and remain within the EU.
The statement above stands and could not be made any clearer. This is not only a constitutional issue it is also one of fairness. As the result stands it is a reflection of the voting power of a population of one country which is vastly superior to the collective population of all other countries.
